<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Currently, an increasing number of patients continue to experience long COVID-19 symptoms after initially contracting the SARS-CoV-2 virus. In this regard, it is important to identify the factors associated with the development of post-COVID syndrome and possible ways to influence them.We examined 100 patients aged 26–80 years. The mean age of all participants was 56 ± 12 years. Patients who had severe coronavirus pneumonia 3 months prior to enrollment experienced mainly fatigue, shortness of breath, sleep disorder, hair loss, joint pain, and headache. In this article, we described the most possible causes and risk factors for the development of post-COVID syndrome.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>пандемия COVID-19</kwd><kwd>SARS-CoV-2</kwd><kwd>постковидный синдром</kwd><kwd>факторы риска постковидного синдрома</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>COVID-19 pandemic</kwd><kwd>SARS-CoV-2</kwd><kwd>post-COVOD syndrome</kwd><kwd>risk factors for Post-COVID-19</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">H Crook, S Raza, J Nowell, M Young et al.
