Связь нарушений липидного и углеводного обмена с основными гериатрическими синдромами

Аннотация

Основными спутниками пациентов старше 60 лет являются заболевания сердечно-сосудистой системы и гериатрические синдромы. Бесспорно, нарушения липидного и углеводного обмена увеличивают сердечно-сосудистый риск. Однако вопрос влияния показателей липидного спектра и углеводного обмена на основные гериатрические синдромы остается открытым. Известно, что роль сахарного диабета 2 типа на развитие старческой астении, саркопении, когнитивных нарушений меняется с возрастом. Если наличие хронической гипергликемии в пожилом возрасте является фактором риска развития гериатрических синдромов, то в старческом возрасте это влияние снижается, а у долгожителей приобретает нейтральную роль. Исследования последних лет показали, что среди всех показателей липидного обмена у лиц старше 60 лет низкий уровень ЛПВП ассоциирован с развитием старческой астении, саркопении, когнитивных нарушений.
